We hold monthly guided meditation group sessions & offer One-on-One meditation sessions by appointment.
Can be described as the art of calming the mind & relaxing the body. It can help a person to return to a balanced state. Meditation can assist with such things as providing peace, stillness, focus, relaxation, mental clarity, sleep, emotional calmness, reduce anxiety/stress, mindfulness & improvement of health & wellbeing.
It can also help with training the mind to focus & thought redirection.
